基于步进电机的微量计量泵控制系统的研究与实现

摘    要:针对传统微量计量泵控制精度低、难以满足大规模生产工艺流程控制的自动化要求等现状,采用步进电机技术,以THB6064H步进电机驱动芯片为核心,开发了一种通过改变冲程频率来实现液体计量的微量计量泵控制系统。该系统与上位机通过串口进行通信,使其更方便地应用到多种场合。经测试证明该控制系统具有成本低、功能全面、输入数据方便等优点。

Abstract:Up to now,it is difficult for the traditional micro-capacity metering pump to adjust the precision of flux to satisfy the automatization needs of controlling the flow of the modernization mass production technics.Using the step motor technology,a control system for the micro-capacity metering pump was developed at the core of THB6064H.The system sent message to the upper computer through serial communication,which made the system more easily to apply to a variety of occasions.Through testing and confirming,this system has such features as well-equipped function,easy data entry,low cost,and so on.
