通用混合式步进电动机驱动控制系统硬件设计

摘    要:为了提高步进电动机驱动控制系统的通用性,进一步拓展混合式步进电动机的适用范围,通过对以8051单片机为核心的控制系统硬件模块化设计,开发出了通用混合式步进电动机驱动控制系统.系统具有斩波恒流、运行模式预置以及运行状态实时显示等多种实用的功能.实验证明,系统具有操作灵活、控制简单、通用性较强以及较容易扩展等特点.

Abstract:To enhance the versatility of stepper motor drive control system,and extend the applicability of hybrid stepper,the universal hybrid stepper drive control system was developed through modularly design of the hardware which is based on 8051 microcomputer.This system has many practical functions such as chop- ping constant current,operating modes initialization and operating condition real-time display.Experiment re- sults show that this system has features such as flexible operation,simple control,strong versatility and easy expansion.
