摘    要:提出溶质析出-扩散机理;在固-液界面处的溶质析出速率取决于扩散速率,溶质从固-液界面的传质速率取决于溶质的扩散速率。在此基础上,建立 溶质在固液相平衡分配系数,有效分配系数,扩散系数,铸坯凝固系数之间相互关系的数学模型。

Abstract:A mechanism of solute precipitatingdiffusing has been advanced that the solute precipitating rate at solid liquid interface diffusing rate,depends on solidification rate, and the rate of transfer mass depends on diffusing rate. Based on the mechanism, a mathematical model that describes the relation of equilibrium distribution ratio between liquid and solid phase, effective distribution ratio, diffusion and solidification coefficient of concast billet has been established.
