长链二元酸发酵液的脱色研究

摘    要:考察了活性炭对长链二元酸发酵液的脱色效果及脱色过程中的主要影响因素。通过正交实验 ,分析得出影响脱色效果各因素的主次顺序为 :活性炭加入量 >二元酸浓度 >发酵液pH >操作温度。同时还考察了活性炭脱色时间对脱色效果的影响以及吸附在活性炭上的长链二元酸的洗脱问题 ,从而确定了发酵液脱色的优化条件 :活性炭加入量 5 % ,室温操作 ,发酵液 pH =8,二元酸浓度为 4 0 g/L ,脱色时间为 2 0min。

Abstract:The effect and major factors influencing on the decolorizing fermentation liquor containing long chain dicarboxylic acid by activated carbon are investigated. Based on orthogonal experimental design the factors affecting decolorizing are in following sequences:amount of activated carbon added>concentration of dicarboxylic acid>pH value of fermentation liquor>operation temperature. Meanwhile, effect of decolorizing time on decolorizing result and elution process of dicarboxylic acid from activated carbon are discussed. Then the optimum conditions are obtained:decolorization is at room temperature, amount of activated carbon is 5%, pH value of fermentation liquor is 8, concentration of dicarboxylic acid is 40g/L, and decolorizing time is 20 minutes.
