印品质量检测综述

印品质量检测在印刷中占有十分重要的地位,并伴随着人们对印刷要求的发展而发展。对印品质量检测的发展历程、发展现状及印品质量的检测过程进行了综述,详细介绍了传统的印品检测方法和基于图像处理的印品质量检测方法。并对基于图像处理的印品质量检测过程中的图像噪声处理、图像匹配、图像的缺陷检测以及套印的检测等相关算法进行了描述和对比,指出,印品质量的在线检测已成为目前研究的热点,然而,要实现快速在线印品质量检测还需要对检测过程中的算法进行改进,可借助模式识别方法对检测出的印品质量缺陷进行分类。
