| 摘 要： | 为实现外保温层与墙体的可靠联接和提高抗恶劣环境能力，降低造价，研制了预制型外墙外保温节能装饰构件板。介绍了该板的设计构思、结构、安装工艺及板（间）缝的保温防渗处理；该板与２００ｍｍ厚混凝土墙复合砌体的冬季现场热工测试表明达到ＪＧＪ２６－９５对北京地区的节能要求；板材价约为５５元／ｍ２，加施工价合计为８０元／ｍ２，与现在用得较多的内保温做法接近，但综合效益高于后者。

| Abstract: | The prefabricated exterior wall external thermal insulation energy-saving decorative member board is developed for realization of reliable connection between external thermal insulation layer and wall body, and increase of ability against the adverse circumstances as well as decrease of cost. The design thought, structure, installation process,thermal insulation and leakproof treatment for joint between boards are described in this paper. As shown form thermotechnical test on site in winter, the compound wall body of the board with 200 mm thick concrete can meet the energy- saving requirement JGJ26-95 for Beijing region. The price of board is approx. 55 yuanRMB/m2 while the construction cost is 25 yuanRMB/m2.The total price is close to the price of interior insulation wall but the comprehensive benefit is better than the latter. |
