一种压电伺服装置的机电动力学分析

摘    要:针对机械振动环境条件下的光束稳定技术的需求,基于压电理论和机械振动理论,提出一种压电伺服机电装置,并建立了机电动力学系统的模型,对基于复合控制策略的随动问题进行了系统仿真分析,给出了具体仿真算例。结果表明,该系统可有效地控制位移,具有精度高、快速性好、响应频带宽的优点,并给出作动位移与作动力对装置设计的制约关系。

Abstract:To address the light-beam stability problem in a mechanical vibration environment, an electromechanical piezoelectric servo-device and its corresponding model based on the theory of piezoelectric ceramic and vibration mechanics are proposed in this paper. System simulation and numerical analysis are given in detail for the follow-up problem of the tactic of combined control. The simulation results show that the above system can effectively control displacement and has several advantages such as high precision, rapid response, wide bandwidth. The restrictions on the displacement and force in the design of device are pointed out.
