摘    要:本文的作者们在现场组装及试验第一台国产大吨位可控震源KZ—28过程中,对液压油污染可引起液压系统的损害及如何控制污染作了实地测试,并对采取过滤措施和不采取过滤措施的液压油,用污染度测试仪进行了测试对比,通过所测数据说明在系统中安装液压过滤器的重要性。

Abstract:The authors of this paper made tests on the spot the damage of hydraulic system caused by hydraulic oil pollution and analysis on the control of contamination in the assembly test of the first home-made vibra-tor-KZ-28. They also compared the filtered hydraulic oil with unfiltered hydraulic oil by use of thepollution monitor. The test results indicates that it is very important for the system to have filters mount-ed in the system.
