ZrO_2基纳米超微粉生产技术与粉体特性

摘    要:介绍了化学共沉淀—凝胶法制备ZrO_2基纳米超微粉新技术。该法利用廉价原料和简单工艺过程可工业化生产杂质总量低于0.1wt%、平均粒径约10nm、分散性良好、粒度分布极窄的高纯ZrO2或ZrO_2基纳米超微粉。对所制粉体的相结构和烧结特性也进行了研究.

Abstract:A new technique named chemical coprecipitation- gel method of pnducing nano -sized ZrO2 based powders is intnduced in this Paper. By this method, high purity and ultra fine ZrO2 POwder or synthesised ZrO2 based powder with about 10nm equivalent diameter, lower than 0. 1wt% total content of impurities. Particles with high dispersity and very narrow size disribution can be produced using cheap materials and through convenient technological process. The characteristics of phase structure and sintering ability of the nano-sized ZrO2 powders are also investigated.
