摘    要:为了研究气浮过程中微细气泡的粒径分布特性,在多相溶气泵气浮装置中,通过激光衍射技术对影响气泡粒径分布的因素如压力、矿化度、混凝剂、起泡剂和含油量等参数进行了研究.结果表明:改善气泡的产生条件可减小气泡粒径,增加气泡数量,提高气浮效率.气泡粒径随压力升高而逐渐减小;矿化度升高,气泡变小,当矿化度达到一定值后继续增大无明显作用;低于临界胶束浓度的聚合氯化铝(polyaluminum chloride,PAC)可有效抑制气泡间的聚并,使气泡粒径减小,平均粒径可减小36%;起泡剂可稳定气泡,但对气泡粒径大小无显著影响;含油后水的表面张力减小,气泡粒径减小.

Abstract:To study the size distribution of microbubbles generated from the multiphase pump dissolved air flotation process,the laser diffraction technology was used.The influence of pressure,salinity,coagulant,frother and oil content on bubble size was investigated.Resultsshowed that increasing air pressure had a positive effect on bubble size;higher salinity could decrease the bubble size distribution but no effect when it was higher than 0.5%;polyaluminum chloride(PAC) less than the critical micelle concentration signiflcantly inhibited bubble coalescence,and higher concentrations of the reagents could reduce the mean bubble diameter by 36%;frother could steady bubbles,but no effect on bubble size improvement;and oily water with small surface tension reduced the bubble size.
