| 摘 要： | 针对我国煤炭工业存在的问题，通过大量文献检索与统计研究，从5个方面阐述了煤炭工业的发展途径及对策。研究表明：政策调整、结构优化、清洁能源、集团化经营、人才培养是实现煤炭工业可持续发展的重要举措。
