| Abstract: | With the continuous development of science and technology, the examination and appraise of scientific and technological achievements are in an increasing demand. In view of the problems in the examination and appraise of scientific and technological achievements, this paper designs an examining and appraising system for scientific and technological achievements based on AHP which includes the establishment of index system, the determination of principles of importance, and the calculation of individual weight. |
