盐穴储气库密封测试技术的研究及应用

摘    要:分析了国内外在盐穴密封性(或机械完整性)测试技术方面的研究现状,论述了国外常用密封检测方法的测试原理。依据国内实际情况,提出了以氮气或空气为介质的盐穴储气库密封测试方法,建立了盐穴密封检测结果的评价标准,指出了盐穴腔体泄漏位置的具体判别方法,建立了气体泄漏率及泄漏量、环空压力及卤水注入量等参数的数学模型,给出了气水界面处的压力平衡方程。以金坛B1盐穴腔体密封检测为实例,分析了密封测试方法及其数学模型的现场应用效果。

Abstract:The research state of the tightness testing or mechanical integrity testing technology of salt cavern at home and abroad was analyzed. The test philosophies of the typical tightness testing methods abroad were introduced. The tightness testing method of salt cavern gas storage taking nitrogen or air as media was put forward according to the practical situation of China. The evaluation criterions for the tightness testing results of salt cavern were given. The discriminate method of leak position at salt cavern was proposed. The mathematic models for the tightness testing parameters including gas leakage rate, leakage volume of gas, annular pressure and injection volume of brine were established. The equations of pressure equilibrium on the interface between gas and brine were developed. Taking B1 salt cavern in Jintan Basin as an example,the application of the tightness testing method and the mathematical model was analyzed.
