摘    要:在扫描电镜下对TA15钛合金氩弧焊焊缝(FZ)及热影响区(HAZ)疲劳裂纹扩展行为进行了动态原位观察研究.结果表明,焊缝疲劳裂纹扩展过程中裂纹尖端滑移明显,滑移线较长;热影响区裂纹扩展初期裂纹尖端滑移不明显,在裂纹扩展中后期才出现较为明显的滑移,且滑移线较短,存在较多的二次裂纹;焊缝疲劳裂纹扩展速率高于热影响区.焊缝与热影响区疲劳裂纹扩展行为的差异与其显微组织的不同有关.

Abstract:In this article, in-situ SEM propagation observation of fatigue cracks in weld fuse zone and heat affected zone for TA15 titanium alloy was carried out. The results show that slips at the tip of the crack in FZ is very clear in the whole crock growth process and the slip lines are much longer compared with the cracks in HAZ at the tip of which obvious slip can only be found in fast expanded area. Many secondary cracks also were found near the main crack at the surface of HAZ. Furthermore, the crack growth rates in FZ are larger than those in HAZ. It is concluded that the different growth behaviors between the cracks in the HZ and HAZ are related to the different microstructure.
