大体积混凝土隧道裂缝分析及软件开发

摘    要:对南昌市青山湖湖底隧道大体积混凝土温度进行现场测试,并量测隧道侧壁贯穿裂缝.采用ANSYS分析软件,对隧道温度应力、冷却管温度场、钢筋的布置进行仿真分析.在仿真分析过程中,除了沿用传统的弹性估算法、增量差分法外,还采用了弹塑性理论、混凝土松弛系数和蠕变方程、多荷载步模拟现场温升、加速收敛弧长法等方法,并运用"单元生死"方法来模拟模板拆除对隧道温度应力的影响,通过研究应力-时间曲线,分析隧道混凝土在升温阶段开裂的原因.

Abstract:Temperature and cracks of mass concrete of subaqueous tunnel in Nanchang Qingshan Lake are measured in site. Then,temperature stress of tunnel,temperature field of cooling pipe and reinforcement layout are analyzed with ANSYS.
