摘    要:普通洗井机构不能实现有效的分层注水 ,且洗井压力损失过大 ,常造成洗井不畅 ,而上压控制式反洗井机构具有打开灵活、洗井畅通、关闭可靠等优良性能 ,除洗井时沟通上下层外 ,注水井其他工作状态都能很好地将洗井通道关闭 ,起到密封分层的作用。介绍了其结构和工作原理 ,并根据洗井活塞受力特点进行了状态分析 ,设计了新型的上压控制式洗井活塞和密封面保护机构。现场 2 76井次的应用表明 ,该机构灵活可靠 ,有效地解决了注水开发油田洗井时存在的层间串通等问题 ,可大幅度提高可洗井封隔器的性能指标。

Abstract:To realize sealing layer separation in well washing and to improve the performance of well washing packers, an upstream pressure controlled reverse washing mechanism is developed. The structure and working principle of the mechanism is presented. According to the force characteristics of the well washing piston, a new upstream pressure controlled piston and a protection mechanism of the sealing surface are designed. Field use shows that the water injection packer with upstream pressure controlled reverse washing mechanism is easy to open and close, and solves the problem of layer separation in well washing.
