货车前部防钻碰保护装置的研究

摘    要:乘用车与货车之间发生正面碰撞时,容易产生乘用车钻入货车底部的钻碰问题,参照欧洲ECE-R93法规,在货车前下部设计安装了前部钻碰防护装置FUP来解决钻碰。运用非线性有限元理论建立了货车前下部防护装置的有限元模型,研究了静态载荷下FUP的防钻性能,并且分析了结构在冲击载荷作用下的能量吸收与变形特性。结果表明:货车安装防护装置FUP后,一方面能防止乘用车发生钻入;另一方面通过合理地选择FUP的壁厚,又能降低碰撞刚度,提高与乘用车碰撞的相容性。

Abstract:Passenger vehicle often runs under the truck when they impact front ahead.Referring to ECE regulation ECE-R93,a front under-run protector(FUP) was designed and installed on the truck in order to avoid under-run.The finite element model of the truck′s FUP was set up based on nonlinear finite element theory.The performance of the truck′s FUP for bearing static load and preventing under-run was studied.Energy-absorbing and deformation characteristics of FUP were studied under impacting loading.Results indicate that FUP can prevent passenger vehicle from running under the truck.Further study on FUP indicates that impacting rigidity is decreased and the impact compatibility with a passenger vehicle is improved when the wall thickness of FUP is chosen reasonably(FUP).
