| 摘 要： | 基于UMC0.6μmBCD工艺设计了一种峰值电流模式的PWM控制升压DC/DC变换器,通过引入跳周期模式实现轻负载下变换器的高效率。仿真结果显示,引入跳周期模式的DC/DC变换器在轻载下(负载电流小于5mA)效率仍达到45%以上。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the UMC 0.6 μm BCD process,a high efficiency peak-current-mode-controlled PWM boost DC/DC converter is presented in the paper.The skip mode is introduced to improve the efficiency when the converter works in the light load condition.The simulation result indicates that DC/DC converter which introduces skip mode presents over 45% efficiency in light load condition(load current less than 5mA). |
