| 摘 要： | 利用模糊数学的原理提出一个定量综合评价企业技术创新成效的方法。本评判考核方法可以用于企业的技术创新项目选择、成果评价等多个方面 ,着重讨论评判的思路 ,评判要素体系的设计 ,评判指标的确定及评判的实施等问题。克服了技术创新定性与定量多重指标评价口径难以统一等诸多不便 ,代之以量化方法来解决问题

| Abstract: | With some principles in fuzzy mathematics, this paper puts forward a method of quantitatively and qualitatively assessing the effects of enterprise technological innovation. This method can be applied to the selection of the technological innovation projects of enterprises, to the evaluation of achievements, and other aspects. This paper discusses emphatically the ideas in assessment, the design of assessment system, the determination of assessment indexes, and the implementation of the assessment. The inconvenience of unifying the standards for the quantitative and qualitative assessments of technological innovation is overcome and the quantifying method is applied in place. |
