抑制剂在东曲矿选煤厂煤泥浮选中的应用研究

摘    要:针对东曲矿选煤厂浮选精煤灰分过高、产品不稳定的问题,浮选试验采用现场浮选入料、调节浮选参数与现场一致,通过改变抑制剂种类、用量进行浮选试验,并且将浮选尾煤进行接触角、红外光谱表征;表征结果说明抑制剂的添加能够增强浮选尾煤亲水性,浮选试验结果说明最佳药剂制度为:以单宁酸为抑制剂,药剂用量为500 g/t时,浮选精煤灰分降低至9.21%,产率为58%。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of high ash content and unstable products of the flotation concentrate at Dongqu Coal Preparation Plant, with the on-site flotation feed being adopted and the flotation parameters being adjusted to be consistent with those on the site, the flotation test was carried out by changing the type and amount of inhibitors, which shows that the best chemical system is: when tannic acid is used as the inhibitor, and the dosage of the chemical is 500 g/t, the ash content of the flotation cleaned coal is reduced to 9.21%, and the yield is 58%.
