数控加工技术在模具制造中的应用分析

摘    要:模具制造在制造业中是一项十分重要的技术,它能够显著降低生产成本,提高制造效率,然而目前模具制造技术的发展遇到了一些问题,例如模具设计水平较低,相关技术和产业的发展也尚未健全。在这样的背景下,使用数控加工技术进行模具加工能够在一定程度上解决问题、促进数控技术发展。本文对数控加工技术与模具制造的关系进行探讨,简单地分析了在实际操作中模具制造中应用数控加工技术的措施,为行业的发展提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Mold manufacturing is a very important technology in the manufacturing industry,it can significantly reduce the cost of production,improve the efficiency of manufacturing,however,the current development of mold manufacturing technology has encountered some problems,such as the low level of mold design,the development of related technology and industry has not been sound.In this context,the use of numerical control machining technology for mold processing can solve the problem to a certain extent,promote the development of numerical control technology.This paper discusses the relationship between numerical control machining technology and mold manufacturing,and simply analyzes the measures of applying numerical control machining technology in the actual operation of mold manufacturing,so as to provide some reference for the development of the industry.
