| 摘 要： | 带高频环节的静电除尘用大功率直流高压电源的du/dt、di/dt和静电除尘器的工作方式(电晕、火花)所引起的电磁干扰对控制电路是一个严峻的挑战。为解决此问题,从电磁兼容的角度优化了控制系统的设计,并对功率电路的主要干扰源采取措施。通过在一台输出功率60 kW、输出电压60 kV、逆变频率20 kHz电源中的成功运用,证明此电磁兼容性设计方案实用、有效。
