乙烯装置稀释蒸汽发生器管束腐蚀失效分析

摘    要:对兰州石化乙烯装置138C稀释蒸汽发生器管束进行了腐蚀失效分析。结果表明,管束的腐蚀形态总体属均匀腐蚀,腐蚀是在170℃条件下,由电化学吸氧腐蚀、硫腐蚀与氯离子催化腐蚀共同作用造成的,且氯离子加速了腐蚀进程。同时,据此提出了相应的建议。

Abstract:A corrosion failure analysis of tubes in 138C dilution steam generator of ethylene unit for Lanzhou petrochemical company was carried out.The results showed that the uniform corrosion characteristic was observed on tubes,on the condition of 170℃,the corrosion failure were engendered by oxygen absorption corrosion、sulphur corrosion and Cl-catalysis corrosion,moreover,Cl-accelerated the corrosion process;in addition,some improvement suggestions were pointed out.
