| 摘 要： | 某电力项目资产评估的实践表明:国家电力公司每年颁发的《火电、送电、变电工程限额设计控制指标》是考核电力资产评估结果是否合理、可靠的重要依据;电力资产评估应贯穿系统工程的思路;要注意更新重置成本的选择与功能性贬值的量化;应正确掌握进口设备资产评估的替代法则。

| Abstract: | The practice for the assets appraisal of a certain power project indicates that "Control Indexes for quoted design of thermal power,power transmission and distribution engineering" issued annually by the State Power Corporation is an important criterion to examine whether the results of power assets appraisal is reasonable and reliable.The power assets appraisal should run through the thinking way of systematic engineering.Attention should be paid on selection of renewed replacement cost and quantification of functional devaluation.It is necessary to master the replacement rules for assets appraisal of imported equipment. |
