摘    要:某厂动力管网系统运行若干年后某些支撑刚架基座发生了较大的沉降,现需要对其进行分析评定,并确定基座顶升调整方案。针对这一复杂的管网系统,采用大型有限元软件对未沉降、沉降和顶升3个工况分别计算分析,结果表明顶升调整是必需的,也是有效的,同时也证明对膨胀节的等效和边界条件的处理方法是合理的。

Abstract:The base of the supports declined a lot after the power pipeline system had run several years, therefore, stress analysis, strength estimation and adjustment project is required. In this paper, three cases, i.e. design, subsidence and rise are analyzed by finite element software. The computing results show that the rise adjustment is necessary and efficient. The equivalent of the bulge sections and the disposal of the boundary conditions presented in this paper are also proved reasonable.
