Y_2O_3对锌熔再生硬质合金组织及性能的影响

摘    要:以锌熔回收的WC为原料制备YG8硬质合金以及添加稀土氧化物的YG8-RE合金,通过金相、SEM分析了稀土氧化物的作用机理。研究发现,添加稀土氧化物能改善合金的晶粒均匀性和孔隙度,提高合金的性能。添加稀土氧化物能够使得合金粘结相中α-Co的稳定性增强,并使断裂方式发生改变,提高了合金强度。

Abstract:The YG8 and the adding rare earth oxides YG8-RE cemented carbide are fabricated by melting zinc recovery WC as raw material. It is found that the performances of alloys are improved by adding rare earth oxides. In particular, the alloy grain uniformity and porosity are better improved. Furthermore, the mechanism of adding rare earth oxides Y,.O3 is investigated by metallography and SEM. The stability of a-Co in bonded phase is enhanced by adding rare earth oxides Y2O3, which results in the change of the fracture mode. Thus, to some extent, the strength of the alloy is improved.
