摘    要:提出一种结合故障树与计算机辅助故障诊断的新方法。通过分析故障树结构,提取征兆集和故障集,构建权矩阵,利用计算机模拟技术得到故障原因输出向量,根据输出向量和判断法则确定某工程车辆控制电路的故障位置,给出了诊断参考数据,并给出诊断流程图。

Abstract:The paper puts forward a new method that the fault tree is combined with computeraided fault diagnosis. By means of analyzing the structure of fault tree, omenand fault sets are extracted and weight matrix is constructed. The fault causeoutput vector is gained by use of computer simulation technology. The faultlocations in control circuit of certain engineering vehicle are locked according tothe output vector and judging rules, thus offering diagnosing referance data fortechnicians and preparing the diagnosing flow chart. It can be seen from practicalmaintenance experience that the method mentioned above is more effective thansingle test used before.
