| 摘 要： | 通过对一起爆炸泄漏的液氯钢瓶进行全面检验和充装使用过程的调查，确定该事故造成的主要原因是钢瓶封头处严重腐蚀及充装过量，存放使用环境差．提出液氯钢瓶的安全使用方法：(1)认真核对检验钢印标记，严格称重和复称制度，确保不超装；(2)避免阳光对钢瓶的曝晒；(3)钢瓶在充装、运输和使用过程中应配带安全附件。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the reason of the explosion from all aspects by examining the steel cylinder containing the liquid chlorine and puts forward some precautions:(1)examing the steel cylinder and its steel seal, and restricting its weight by re weighing it; (2)avoiding sunning the cylinder violently; (3)ensuring the cylinder wearing safe accessories in the course of filling, transporting and using. |
