碳钢在察尔汗盐湖卤水中的腐蚀行为研究

摘    要:用腐蚀挂片试验方法研究了典型碳钢在盐湖卤水中暴露2年的腐蚀行为,并运用室内电化学方法研究其在察尔汗盐湖卤水中的电化学行为。结果表明:室外卤水暴露2年后,典型碳钢腐蚀失厚为0.0282mm/a;室内电化学试验表明,碳钢在浸泡前期腐蚀较快,随着浸泡的进行,钢表面覆盖微薄的腐蚀产物层,在高盐度的卤水环境中,腐蚀产物层可有效增加氧扩散的阻力,减缓腐蚀的进行。

Abstract:Electrochemical characters and corrosion behavior of typical carbon steel in the brine of saline lake were studied in this work by outdoor exposure experiment and indoo electrochemical experiment. The result indicated that the corrosion rate of typical carbon steel in brine was 0.0282mm/a after two-year exposure. Electrochemical experiments showed that corrosion rate of carbon steel in brine was rapidly at the beginning of the test. As time went by, the surface of carbon steel was covered with corrosion product which could effectively improve the resistance of oxygen diffusion and lower corrosion rate because of high salinity in brine.
