摘    要:介绍了5-氨基-1-羟乙基吡唑的合成及酰化保护其氨基和羟基的方法,分析了反应机理、影响反应的因素。合成5-氨基-1-羟乙基吡唑的纯度为95.1%,收率为70%,甲酰化反应温度为45℃,此条件下产品纯度99.5%,收率81.5%,通过工艺改进,简化了工艺,提高了收率,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:In this paper,the synthesis of 5-amino-1-hydroxyethyl pyrazole and different protection methods are introduced.It is found that the yields of 5-amino-1-hydroxyethyl is 95.1% with the purity of 70%,and the yield of formylation is 81.5%,with the purity of 99.5% at reaction temperature 45℃.With the improvement of process,the yield is improved,which is favour of industry.
