| 摘 要： | 分析了四川维尼纶厂聚乙烯醇装置醋酸甲酯系统和扬子江乙酰化工有限公司醋酸生产系统的工艺特点,采用英国BP公司开发的一种新的甲醇羰基化制乙酸的工艺(CativaTM)对生产系统进行改造,缩短了工艺路线,改造后产品质量稳定,节能效益十分明显。

| Abstract: | The process characteristics of methyl acetate production system for polyninyl alcohol device in Sichuan vinylon Company and acetic acid production system for Yangtze River Acetyl Chemical industry Limited company are analyzed,respectively.The production systems are modified by BP CativaTM process,which shortens the production process and stabilizes the quality of products.The significant energy saving effect can be obtained as well. |
