超细导电粉末改性聚氨酯弹性体及其性能表征

摘    要:将偶联剂处理过的ATO超细导电粉末(SnO2 Sb2O3)添加到聚氨酯(PU)基体中,经过超声混匀和高速搅拌,制备了抗静电性能良好的PU弹性体。探讨了影响ATO分散性及PU抗静电性能的主要因素,并研究了ATO对PU弹性体的力学性能与热性能的影响。实验结果表明:ATO经硅烷偶联剂处理后,在超声波分散和高速搅拌的条件下不易团聚,能在PU中较均匀地分散;PU添加导电粉末ATO后具有较好的抗静电性,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和热稳定性均有所提高。

Superfine Conductive Powder Modified PU Elastomer and Its Characterization
Abstract:Superfine conductive powder(ATO)pre-treated with silicon-alkane coupling agent was introduced into pre-curing system of PU and dispersed with both mechanical and ultrasonic agitation. PU with good antistatic property was obtained. The primary factors influencing the dispersion of ATO and the effects of ATO on the antistatic, mechanical, and thermal properties of PU were studied. The coupling agent and effective agitation resulted in fine dispersion of ATO, as a result, all the properties mentioned above were improved.
