浅析杆管偏磨的影响因素及解决对策

摘    要:油井管杆偏磨,造成管、杆过早报废,使人力、物力的投入加大,成本上升,这种情况成为制约油井高效开采的重要因素。针对这种情况,特提出采用抽油杆扶正防偏磨技术和油管扶正器技术、油管旋转井口防偏磨技术和抽油杆旋转悬绳器防偏技术、润滑防偏磨技术等具体对策解决实际问题,以便有的放矢地进行治理。

Abstract:Eccentric wearing of oil well pipes leads to problems of abandonment of rod strings in early stage, rapid rising in labor power, materials as well as the cost, which are main factors limiting efficient production of oil wells. Given these problems, this paper had put forward the adoption of techniques such as sucker rod centralizer, tubing centralizer, tubing spin centralizer, sucker rod and spinning beam hanger, and lubricating to address eccentric wear accordingly.
