摘    要:酒体设计是一门艺术,也是稳定产品质量的重要手段。由于不同地区的消费习惯,酒体设计具有明显的区域性特征;因消费层的多元化,决定了酒体设计的多层次;根据饮食文化、风土人情的差异,酒体设计必须多样化;还必须适应时代发展、消费心理的变化,设计出适销对路的产品,酒体设计的原则:适应消费群体,具有明显的产品个性,捕捉市场变化规律,打破传统,大胆创新,并进行产品论证。(晓)

Abstract:Liquor body design is an art and an important me as ure to stabilize product quality as well.The design has evident regional chara cteristics due to the consumption habits in different regions.Furthermore,the diversification of consumption groups has determined the multiobjective of liqu or body design.Besides,the differentiation of dietary culture and national cus toms has determined the multi-plicity of liquor body design.More than that,e xcellent liquor body design must be in compliance with the social development and the changes of consumption psychology.The principles in liquor body design are as follows :fit to adequate consumption groups,evident product individuat ion,quick response to market changes,breaking traditions and bold innovation b y product assessment.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
