应用R40型转杯纺纱机生产针织纱的实践

探讨立达R40型转杯纺生产线生产针织纱的工艺技术。以生产C 29 tex转杯纺针织纱为例,介绍了该生产线的主要工艺配置要点,配棉主要控制原棉的成熟度、短绒率及有害疵点;混棉要合理平包;开清工序充分清除大而易落的杂质;梳棉工序重点清除与纤维粘附力强的杂质;并条采用两道并条,转杯纺工序优选阻捻盘、假捻器和转杯直径。最终使得生产出的转杯纺针织纱质量优于环锭纺普梳纱,并获得了立达公司的Conm foro认证。

Practice of Producing Knitting Yarn in R40 Rotor Spinning Machine

Processing technology of producing knitting yarn in Rieter R40 rotor spinning line was discussed.Taking C 29 tex rotor knitting yarn as an example,key processing of the producing line were introduced,maturity of cotton material,short fibre content and harmful defaults were controlled mainly in cotton assorting.Cotton bales should be placed rationally in blending processing.Larger and easier-cleaned impurity should be eliminated well in opening and picking process.Impurities that have stronger adhesion to fibre should be eliminated well in carding process.Double drawing was adopted in drawing process.Navel,false-twister and rotor diameter were optimized in rotor spinning process.Finally the rotor knitting yarn quality is better than ring spinning carded yarn and could acquire Rieter Conmforo Certification.
