摘    要:针对现代洗衣粉生产过程监控系统中的“信息化孤岛”问题,将多Agent技术应用到洗衣粉生产过程的监控中。分析了洗衣粉生产过程监控系统的体系结构和特点,研究了多Agent技术应用于洗衣粉生产过程监控系统的可行性,提出了一种基于多Agent技术的洗衣粉生产过程监控系统分层分布式模型。系统由各类现场Agent、车间管理Agent和系统管理Agent组成,就系统Agent的管理方式、监控系统中个体Agent的基本结构和主要功能进行了设计,并分析了多Agent系统的工作过程。

Research on Monitoring and Control System in Detergent Manufacturing Process Based on Multi-Agent System

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of information isolated island in the monitoring and control system of modern detergent manufacturing process, the multi-Agent technology was applied. After analyzed the architecture and characteristics of the monitoring and control system in detergent manufacturing process, the feasibility of applying multi-Agent technology was studied. A hierarchical distributed model based on multi-Agent architecture of the monitoring and control system in detergent manufacturing process was proposed. The model was composed of each kind scene Agent, workshop management Agent and system management Agent. The system management mode, basic structure and main function of individual Agent in monitoring and control system was designed, and the work process of multi-Agent system was analyzed.
