| 摘 要： | 针对超临界直流锅炉燃用高挥发分的印尼煤、澳洲煤(非设计煤种)时直吹式制粉系统的安全运行问题,分析了煤粉在中速磨煤机内爆炸的原因及其影响因素,并提出了防止直吹式制粉系统爆炸的具体措施,防止了燃用印尼煤、澳洲煤时制粉系统爆炸的发生,提高了制粉系统运行的安全性.

| Abstract: | According to the safety operating problem of supercritical once-through boiler fueled with high Vdaf Indonesia Coal,Australia Coal(non-designed coal) in Direct-fired pulverizating system,this article analyzes the cause and affected factors of coal powder detonation in medium speed pulverizer.Some specific measures of preventing them in the coal mill and improving safety of pulverizing system are put forward as well. |
