小麦胚芽中水溶性和盐溶性提取物的免疫活性研究

摘    要:将小麦胚芽的水溶性和盐溶性提取物按一定的剂量注射入小鼠的腹腔,能明显提高正常小鼠的脾指数、腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率、吞噬指数和Balb/c小鼠B淋巴细胞的转化功能,表明泪科胚芽的水溶性和盐溶性提取物能提高机体的免疫功能,是一种很好的非特异性免疫激活剂。

Abstract:This paper reports the immune activity of water-soluble and salt-soluble extractive from wheat germ for normal mice.By intraperitoneal in injection,the water-soluble and salt-soluble extractive from wheat germ can remarkably enhances the spleen index,the phagocytsis index and phagocytsis percent of macrophage for normal mice,and B lymphocyte transformation for Balb/c mice.The results demonstrate that they can increase the organic immune function and they are good nonspecific immunity activators.
