摘    要:为保护环境,对产品进行绿色设计已势在必行,本文结合可持续发展与绿色设计与制造阐述了液压传动技术所具有的环境保护、节省资源、节约能源等优异的绿色特征,提出液压产品的装配和拆卸设计,是实现环境意识制造的重要手段之一,最后讨论了液压传动绿色设计的实施策略和方法。

Abstract:In order to protect environment, it is imperative to push green design.In this article, according to the concepts of green manufacturing and sustainable development, the outstanding green characteristics of hydraulics systems are expatiated, such as environment protect, saving energy and saving natural resources . Environmentally conscious manufuring (ECM) is an advanced manufacturing technology . Design for assembly and design for disassembly (DFA/DFD) of industrial products are one of the important means in this area. .At last, implementation strategy and method of green design are discussed.
