摘    要:针对动力水龙头壳体结构复杂、材料焊接性差的特点,按美国ASME IX要求进行了焊接工艺评定,并根据评定结果确定了焊接工艺参数,制定出合理的工艺方案,使动力水阀壳体顺利焊接成功,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:Pointing to the complicated structure and poor weldability of dynamic hydrovalve case, the welding procedure qualifications were carried out according to the ASME IX. The welding parameters were determined and the welding procedure plan was established. Dynamic hydrovalve case was welded successfully and the good economic benefit was acqired.
