| Abstract: | The CIGRE 2006 study committee C2 system operation and control is introduced.Some hot topics in the session are described,including the impact of natural disasters on power system operation,system security standards and grid code, special protection schemes(SPS),phase shift transformer(PST),wide area synchronized measurement system(WAMS), online security evaluation and early warning system,visualization,dynamic thermal rating,multiple control centers coordination and data exchange. |
