| 摘 要： | 以环烷酸、氢氧化钙和二氧化碳为原料,二甲苯为溶剂,甲醇为促进剂,合成了超高碱值环烷酸钙,考察了溶剂、促进剂用量及二氧化碳的通入速度对超高碱值环烷酸钙合成过程的影响。结果表明,从合成产品本身的性质和工艺经济性考虑,溶剂的适宜用量为125~200 g,促进剂甲醇的适宜用量为12~25 g,二氧化碳通入速度为80~100 mL/min。在实验室优化工艺的基础上,进行了中型放大实验,产品质量稳定。

| Abstract: | Preparation of overbased calcium naphthenate with naphthenate,calcium hydroxide and carbon dioxide as raw material has been investigated,the solvent is xylene and accelerant is methanol.The effect of solvent and accelerant dosage on the preparation process of overbased calcium naphthenate have been observed.The results show that suitable solvent dosage was during 125～200 g.The accelerant dosage is 12~25 g and gas speed is during 80～100 mL/min.It is succeeded in magnifying the product based on the optimazing process in lab.The product property of overbased calcium naphthenate is stable. |
