| Abstract: | The qualitative analysis for the mechanism and the courses of heat transfer and the quantitative analysis for the thermal resistance in each course of heat transfer of a radiator with heat pipe for CPU are made. Besides, the modal and the formula of total coefficient of heat transfer of this radiator are also established. Finally, a designing example is given. |
