磁电式转速传感器的优化设计

摘    要:磁电式转速传感器在转速的测量中具有广泛的应用。在实际工程中,当转轴启动时往往会产生一个瞬时的高电压,从而对后续的信号处理电路产生一定的影响。针对上述问题,对原来具有整体圆环结构永磁体的磁电式转速传感器进行了研究。通过使用有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell建立具有8片瓦型永磁体结构、量程为20N.m的磁电式转速传感器模型并进行仿真。根据仿真结果得到一种启动时无瞬时高电压的20 N.m磁电式转速传感器的设计方案。同时,设计了磁电式转速传感器的信号处理电路,仿真结果表明:所设计的电路具有很好的实用性。

Abstract:Magnetoelectric speed sensor is widely used in rotational speed measurement.In engineering practice,a transient high voltage appears when rotate axis starting,which has influence on subsequent signal processing circuit.Aiming at the above problem,magnetoelectric speed sensor which has an entirety circular ring structure is researched.Ansoft Maxwell is used to build a magneto-electric speed sensor model which has a structure of permanent magnet with eight-piece tile and measuring range 20N·m.A design proposal according to the simulation results is proposed.Meanwhile,the signal processing circuit is designed,and simulation results demonstrate that the designed circuit has good practical value.
