摘    要:隧洞TBM施工工序繁多,机械设备配套选择和工序协调性对开挖速度影响很大,有必要对其施工过程进行仿真.循环网络模拟技术(CYCLONE)和CPM技术已广泛地应用于工程施工中.全过程仿真技术将二结合,取长补短,通过计算分析可以得出合理的机械设备配套组合及优化的施工方案.有助于TBM施工实现各工序协调进行,从而使TBM施工技术在隧道开挖中获得成功的应用.

Abstract:The working procedures of the tunneling with TBM are various and the rate of the tunneling footage is greatly affected by the combination of the machineries and the coordination of the working procedures, so the tunneling process is necessary to be simulated. At present, the techniques of the Cyclic Operation Network (CYCLONE) and CPM are widely used in the simulation of the construction concerned; however, the simulation of the whole construction process with combining both the techniques together makes it possible to gain the reasonable combination of machineries to optimize the construction schedule during the tunneling with TBM; by which better coordination of all the working procedures during the tunneling can be realized, and then the TBM tunneling technique can be used successfully as well .
