| 摘 要： | 中国正处于城市化快速发展时期,城市人口快速增长,城市用地大规模扩张。应通过有效的规划应对和政策手段支持和引领城市发展,实现城市新旧功能结构的转换,整合城市功能,优化城市结构。行政区划调整与组合城区机制为城市空间拓展提供了全新的选择,也为城市功能空间结构的完善提供了机遇。

| Abstract: | China is in the period of rapid urbanization. Effective planning countermeasures and policies should be taken to support city develop-ment and achieve transference of new and old city function structure. Adjustment of administrative demarcation and organization of city districtmechanism offer new choice for city sprawl, as well as challenges for the improvement of functional space structure. |
