| 摘 要： | 选取2个铷光谱灯样品,测量得到其发光光谱。通过对铷光谱灯老化过程的长期跟踪监测,得出铷消耗量公式,这样可以在有限的试验数据的基础上预测铷的长期消耗。对老化过程中产生的杂质进行了分析,从而对铷频标研究提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | The luminescence spectrum of spectral lamp was obtained.The aging process of the rubidium spect ral lamp was monitored and the law of rubidium consumption was obtained.It can improve the ability to predict lo ng term rubidium consumption on the basis of a limited amount of experimental data.The impurity that was produc ed in aging process was analyzed.The results were benefit to the research of rubidium frequency standard. |
