废旧橡胶回收利用新技术

摘    要:随着橡胶工业的发展,废旧橡胶的数量也迅速增大,造成了很大的环境压力。论述了废旧橡胶回收利用的各种方法,包括轮胎翻新、胶粉、再生胶、热分解和燃料利用,指出做好废旧橡胶的回收利用工作,既有利于自然环境的保护,也可缓解我国橡胶资源的不足,并针对国内在废旧橡胶回收利用工作方面存在的问题提出了建议。

Abstract:Nowadays environment protection attracts more and more attention, of which waste disposal management is an important one. Since polymeric materials cannot be naturally decomposed, disposal of waste polymers became a serious environmental problem. As an important portion of waste polymers, waste rubber is more difficult for natural degradation because of its cross-linked network structure and various additives, which causes not only environmental pollution but also a waste of valuable rubbers. The resent article discussed some methods for waste rubber recycling and utilization, including tyre retreating, rubber powder production, reclaimed rubber, pyrolysis and setting on fire, giving some suggestions for the government for resource saving and environment abatement.
