校内顶岗实习的实践与探索

顶岗实习是职业教育中最后最为重要的一个实践性教学环节。通过顶岗实习，培养、锻炼学生综合运用所学的专业知识和基本技能，检验教学效果，为进一步提高教育教学质量。尤其是化工类的职业教育，更为必要。本文分析了目前高职教育中生产实习的一些现状，结合我院的校内化工生产实训，对化工类专业的顶岗实习教学改革和实践进行了探讨。
