激光焊机激光器故障处理与维护

摘    要:结合武汉钢铁股份有限公司冷轧、硅钢米巴赫激光焊机的使用情况,简要介绍了激光焊机中的关键部件罗芬激光器直流高压、过流保护、射频谐振电路的电气原理,依据电气原理对几起典型电气故障案例进行分析,以加深电气维护人员对激光焊机原理的掌握,总结出日常维护经验。

Abstract:The present paper briefly describes the electric principles of the key parts of the laser welder such as the AC high voltage,over current protection and radio frequency resonator circuits and analyzes a few typical cases of the electric troubles according to the electrical principles in order to deepen the understanding of the principles of the laser welder and summarize the experience of daily maintenance.
